- What is a revision?
Once we send you the design you might notice something that you want changed. That is a revision. A revision can be a color change, font change, or any other minor change. However, a revision is NOT an opportunity to get a whole new/different design.
- What can I do to better ensure that my thank you card will be perfect or to my liking?
You can start by making sure that the info. you send us is accurate.
You can also send us screenshots/pictures of other "thank you" cards that you like, so that we can have a better idea of what you want (send all correspondences to penthousegraphics@gmail.com).
Lastly, make sure that you CLEARLY articulate to us what it is that you want. For example: You can say, "I would like the colors to be gold and red. I also want my logo added at the top. Please use a combination of straight and cursive fonts." This gives us a lot of direction about what you want.
- How long does it take to receive revisions?
Revision time varies between 24-72 business hours (just depending on the circumstances).
