  • LOGOS: 

    ​​​​​​Your logo drafts will be emailed to you for review within 4-9 business days (depending on how many clients are ahead of you at the time your order is placed).

    Revisions will be made within 3-4 business days (weekends and holidays are NOT counted as business days). 

    Revision/Concept Explaination:  Revisions are not the same as concepts.  Concepts are the logos that we design for you to choose from, and revisions are changes you many want to make to those concepts.

    Revisions can include changes to font, color, and adding/changing minor details (such as moving things around or swapping out one design element for another). 

    With your order, you will get 4 logo concepts to choose from (and you will be allowed to make as many revisions as necessary).  However, if you do not like any of the 4 concepts that we provide to you, we can create additional concepts for an additional $24 per concept.

    If you are unable to clearly articulate what you want, somtimes it helps to send us images so that we can get an idea of your style.  If you need to send us any artwork/images for inspiration, please be sure to include your email address and logo name in the email so that we can identify who you are.

    File Formats We Offer:  We DO NOT design in AI.  Your final logo files will be sent to you in the following formats:

    Revisions will be made within 3-4 business days (weekends and holidays are NOT counted as business days).

    Revisions Explained:  If you have a particularly theme/style in mind for your website, please let us know this BEFORE we design the site.  Being as thorough as possible about what you want will help the process flow smoothly.

    • Revisions include, font changes, color changes, content changes, adding new elements or removing elements.  
    • If you are not satisfied with a banner image, we will change banner pictures ONLY ONCE.  
    • Once we have uploaded your products, we WILL NOT make any changes.  Therefore, please be sure that the prices you give us are correct the first time around, and be sure that you list all product variations (for example:  available wig lengths, available colors, available textures, etc).

    What's Included with the Website:  You will get a professionally designed site that is easy to navigate and maintain.

    • Up to 6 main pages (such as: home, shop, booking, policies, contact, etc).
    • Up to 6 sub pages/categories (such as a drop down menu for shoes, shirts, dresses, accessories, etc).
    • 4 customized home page banners (to design your site) that will capture & appeal to your target audience.  Additional banners may be purchased for $35 each.
    • 10 of your products or services uploaded.  Additional products can be uploaded by you once the site is complete, or you may purchase additional uploads from us.
    • Specialty features (such as pop up email subscription, gallery slideshow, live chat, etc).
    • Social media integration (we will integrate your social media account(s) to your site if you would like). 
    • 20 GB of disk space and 10 GB of bandwidth.
    • SEO services are not included.

    Finalization of the site:  Once your website is complete (meaning you have given us the final approval), we will give you the log-in information to the site, and we will no longer make any corrections, changes/revisions to the site (unless we charge a fee, no exceptions).

    If you have any difficulties (technical or otherwise) after we give you the log in info, it will be your responsibility to follow-up with the site hosting provider (Wix) for help (they can help you with anything pertaining to your site).

    Additionally, we are not teachers & therefore cannot teach you how to manage your site.  It will be your responsibility to use the available resources that Wix provide (I will give you a link to their help forum).  In addition, you can find all of the necessary "how to help" by doing a simple "google search" or even on youtube.
