PLEASE DO NOT SEND SCREENSHOTS OF TEXT INFO. ALL TEXT SHOULD EITHER BE TYPED OR COPIED/PASTED INTO YOUR EMAIL.

      • Turn around time?

      Within 7 business days (just depending on how many clients are pending ahead of you at the time your order is placed).  Also, weekends/holidays are not counted as business days.

      • What is a revision?

      A revision can be a color change, font change, or any other minor change.  However, a revision is NOT an opportunity to get a new/different design. 

      • How many revisions do I get?

      You get 1 revision per flyer.  That gives you the opportunity to make changes all in 1 shot (meaning you need to email us all of your changes in 1 email). 

      • What can I do to better ensure that my flyer will be perfect or to my liking?

      You can start by making sure that the info. you send us is accurate (your prices as well as any other info. that you want on your flyers).  

      You can also go on our social media page at Instagram.com/PenthouseGraphics (or any other social media page) to see examples of other people's flyers (that you might like), and screenshot them to us, so that we have a better idea of what you want (send all correspondences to penthousegraphics@gmail.com).  

      Lastly, you can make sure that you CLEARLY articulate to us what it is that you want.  For example:  You can say, "I would like the colors to either be gold and red, or red and silver (whichever looks best on a white background).  I also want my logo to stand out in the middle of the flyer, as well as a champagne glass with a strawberry in it.  I'm also providing you with my contact info and my price list info.  Please use a combination of straight and cursive fonts."  This gives us a lot of direction about what you want.

      • How long does it take to receive revisions?

      Revision time may vary, but with flyers, the turn around time is generally within 3 business days.
